Orientations

The Office for Teaching and Learning (OTL) offers print, web based, and interactive resources on teaching and learning at Wayne State University to orient instructors new to campus.  On the OTL web page, Getting Started Teaching at WSU, new instructors can find answers to frequently asked questions.

We offer a variety of one-on-one confidential, voluntary consultations for full and part-time instructors, graduate teaching assistants, and post-doctoral fellows on topics such as assessment, diversity, evidence-based learning methods, and instructional technologies.

We are available in person, by phone, or virtual meeting spaces (e.g., Skype or Blackboard Collaborate).  To schedule a consultation, call 313-577-0001 or click here
